How I Started: Woke up and was 40 and had never hit my goal of adding more muscle. I let a few more years slip by without getting serious. IT IS TIME TO DO THIS!

Thanks for the compliment on the weight loss! I dont think I should keep it up much longer though, because I am starting to get too tiny. I few more days and I'll be in the 150's at 6 foot tall.. That will look a little odd I think.

Hey Thanks! Yep, beig 6'3 1/2" you know how tough it is to make big gains and add lean mass when you are tall. I have a heck of a time doing a lot of weight especially in the bench press. It's a slow process for sure. Hey you are doing great yourself. Good luck!

Right now, I'm on the first week of a plan to get my body fat to 13% in 12 weeks. Once I get there, I'll try to stay somewhat lean (instead of the flubbery state I'm in right now. :P) and add lean mass. I'm thinking (maybe!!) of doing a fall masters figure show. What are you goals?
