Once again I come back to consistency. I have GOT to get and STAY consistent.
Goal (Long):
My biggest problem is consistency. Gains come slow to me and so I stop training. It is time I wake up, make a plan, and stick to the plan and not worry about the numbers and let the gains come.
They have been good lately. How about yours? I love working out with my music so that is not a problem for me. The correct eating habits is the polar opposite for me. I do not enjoy candy or cookies but how much and when and what 50/50. Thank you for asking. It is funny I just log on to quite this because I had not seen no benefit for me doing it. Thanks to you I thank I will try it a little longer.
