My dad and I wanted me to get in shape for middle school football, and ever since then I've loved it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment, and relaxation after a workout. I also love the look of bodybuilders, but I don't have the "ideal" body type to be one of the massive bodybuilders. I really desire to have a six pack (my lifelong dream.....haha) and with the help of a great diet and workout, I am well on my way.
How I Stay Motivated:
I followed the advice of Tom Venuto and set goals, short term and long term, and I read them everyday.
BB Accomplishments:
I weighed 278 pounds at my highest (I was an offensive linemen in high school) and am now trying to get to 200 pounds, and have 6-10% body fat. My lowest BF percentage was 12 %.
yeah genetics and hard work bro, i tried creatine it did nothing to me, actually the only supplement that worked for me except proteins is a fat burner called hydroxycut you should try it if u have anything to lose.

Hey Ryan,
I trained for 10+ years before I decided to compete in my first show. Once you enter your first competition you'll be hooked.

Aloha Ryan,
I won my very first show that I competed, in 1994 (both lightweight and overall). I was a top LW competitor since '96, winning the masters nationals in 2002 and the Mr.USA in 2003. Keep training hard and I look forward to seeing you compete soon.
Mahalo,
Rey
