Over the long haul I'd like to get to 165-170 and be able to cut to 150. I like to fight and have wanted to make a career out of it, but I think with my age and the time it takes to do that I'm out of luck, but at least I can be in that kind of shape.

Been a long time since I walked like I was lame. But it's nice. I can feel the muscle forming. I tell ya, when I was answering the "why I love it" question about working out, all I could think about was, "Love it? Who REALLY loves it?"
Thats True..Weights Make you Build Muscle.. But I already have the ABS the Muscle There Already.. But I need to Get rid Of the Fat / Water thats under my skin.. so they can show...
