Over the long haul I'd like to get to 165-170 and be able to cut to 150. I like to fight and have wanted to make a career out of it, but I think with my age and the time it takes to do that I'm out of luck, but at least I can be in that kind of shape.

Thats True..Weights Make you Build Muscle.. But I already have the ABS the Muscle There Already.. But I need to Get rid Of the Fat / Water thats under my skin.. so they can show...

Hey thanks... I used to be a Trainer / Aerobics Inst.. I am Only doing Weight Loss Training Only (Cardio/Diet) allot of people dont do it. all they wanna do is hit the weights only
