well there is a man up there who holds about 6 small tri's over the year...they are so much fun. They are actually in Elma. i read other comments on your page...its funny, I must think like any other guy...its a hard thing to break and you are fully aware that you make it even more difficult.

haha..good name, yes, it certainly would unless one had proper insulation. Washington is my domicile, however, i am currently a Cal resident. There is a St. Patty's duathalon i used to do in olympia...ps; i like the new pic as well.
