Hello , I was looking at your pics, great work, keep it up.. And also I wanted to see if your dad remembers me? I competed with him in Florida in the teenage USA, back in the 80's.. He came to Portsmouth Ohio, once to watch a bodybuilding show that was being put on by our gym, at PHS High school.. Any way hope he is doing good... Rick..

Going pretty good, just tryin to maintain for the rest of the summer, then I dont know what im gonna do..lol.. Dont know if I want to try to bulk up again, or just try and cut up more and stay around 200 pounds and cut...lol... hows ur day going ?
