Fit Status:
Lost to much weight for the summer, trying to put some back on..
I was 12 years old when a friend of the family got me started working out and i loved it so i started lifting weights regularly and the next thing i knew i had , competed 13 times in my teenage years , i placed in the top 3 in every event .i took 2nd place in teenage usa .
Why I Love It:
it just makes you feel better , and it's so cool to see what you can make your body do ,its fun to put on weight in the winter and then strip it away for summer and see what you've got..
How I Stay Motivated:
My work out partner, Jeramy is bigger and stronger and he keeps me going, one day i will be there to help push him..I gotta thank Keith to because he got me to where i am at now,with the heavy weights...
BB Accomplishments:
placing 2nd teenage USA , 3rd place middle weight open class in the Kentucky Muscle Championships , NOV, 11TH ,2007

Hey rick...dont think you need any advise from me...but I'll tell u what I do....LOTS of decline sit ups with a 25lb plate and hanging leg raises every other day (3-4 days a week) looking pretty massive in your new avi!!!! Good job!
