I wish we had 65" base... we've been pretty skunked on snow this year and are 'barely' skiing on 40" haha. Couple core shots a day seem to be the norm. Even the touring has been pretty suspect. Little storm coming thru this week so hopefully it'll freshn up the backcountry. Damn, I need to go for a hike soon. Skied that Cooper Spur route off Hood a few summers ago- that was a pretty intense little section up top in the no fall zone

thanks for the add bro. just got done chasing some pow at kirkwood. had to get out of town- we have so little snow in jackson it sucks, lol. i've hacked my S7s so bad this year. makes me miss the heavier base in the PNW when I used to ski out of alpental.

crap man, you have some wicked strength. 70s for curls? damn and the 120s are big on incline. u should start a journal logging ur workouts, would be interestd to see the split and progress. but now i defintiely wanna lift when i'm home in a few months. ur gonna be puttin up some huge #s - i'll struggle to keep up, haha. Hey I wouldn't worry about much fat on AD. Bulk up and you'll still keep most ur abs and increase your lifts for sure

damn man, that's pretty f'kn strong. what's your weight at now? i'm gonna hit chest hard this wknd after skiing and hope to get double reps over 300 again. yeah, lots of red meat and fish on AD. I tried to vary it up, actually like the diet alot cause it's easy to shop for: meat, meat, eggs, cottage cheese, and more meat. and a good amount of water

can't remember specifically, but during the week I tried to keep to 20g-30g carb max. I'll have to look into it again. I've got the ebook on it somewhere if u want me to email it. yeah bummer u got stuck at work, had a pretty sweet workout, but would have really stepped up my game w/ some motivation, haha

it's also easy to time the carb ups for the weekend! hey whatever u want to lift really heavy and improve on, hit that up the first two days after ur carb up for best results. how's your strength doing? i'd assume it's gaining on AD

No worries - I figured you weren't going to make it to the gym with a water main pipe explosion at work, heh. AD was great, I added a lot of strength but also reduced bodyfat and got pretty cut up. Actually thinking of making a short run of it in January

hey how's the anabolic going? saw that you switched up from keto. I did AD two years ago and had great results, may try it again b4 spring.

scar is from a surgery I had seven years ago for testicular cancer. but been clean now for 7+ years and going strong :)

Congrats on the new squat PR! Insane strength too, inspiring stuff at your b/w and height. Crazy definition and size on the triceps, delts and back too. That back shot is more ripped than most bb (no homo). Great job.

I don't see why not? For just a year of lifting, those are some good stats. DC is all about pushing yourself to max gains. Most important thing IMO is a solid lifting partner. That's one reason I haven't had a chance to give it a go yet. I think there are a few DC journals in the workout journal and/or powerlifting journal sections that would give you a baseline. Lemme know how it goes or if you decide to log it in either journal section. good luck!

what up! you ever make it to the gym or did that flood cause havoc at work? ended up having a pretty strong workout. that's a sick gym, too. Wish we had all the hammer strength stuff and a good seated MP bench at my new place. How's the rest of the cut going?

Great to see you focusing on competing next summer. Represent for us skiers, lol. How much are you weighing these days? If your still 185lbs, you put on some pretty good size the past few months. how's everything else for lifting? hit any of those previous goals yet?
