It feels awesome getting stronger, enhances your appearance and supports a healthy lifestyle. On a personal note, going through Testicular Cancer 5 years ago made me feel weak- I never want to feel weak again.
How I Stay Motivated:
Competition with myself, wanting to be stronger and better. Use others progress as motivation. I need to lift to stay in shape to pursue my mountain sports. Motivation comes easy to me.

The Labral Tear injury has me more focused now on instinctual training. I am not 'strict' with my split and lift what feels good sometimes.

My current 'loose' split that I follow is:

1. Back: Horizontal Pulling Emphasis
2. Arms/Delts

Hell ya so easy to shop man lol, 300 that's sick man! I'm at 187lbs, my leanest man I was like 173lbs lol. My arms r back to 17 which I'm physched about, id love to be 200lbs with 8% bf, but I don't wanna lose the abs that bad ya know, I'm kinda stuck on how much fat I wanna put on it sux, I also curled 70lb dumbbells only 5 reps but I'm shocked I got em, my biggest worry is the fat gain tho man ya know

Man did that suck lol strengthd goin up slowly.I lost a lot cuttin lol, I was doin 120 dbs on incline press for chest the other day, I want those 150s in the worst way! Lol the diets awesome tho, did u eat a lotta red meat on it man?

wanted to ask you in that dude's blog but didnt want to deviate from the OP topic, think i can handle DC? my max bench is 260 and my max squat with good form is 240 (lagging on legs). ive been lifting seriously for about a year.

Ya it was good, amazing actually, but the precip has stopped now, now its just cold with no moisture. I'm concerned with whats happening out your way'ish. I go to Jay peak every year (family visit) and they have been getting nothing. Pic is blurry, but your looking good, nice definition, especially in your upper back region.

i believe it was my supraspinatus. Actually i tried to rehab it myself for a few months with little progress, and then i had gotten a micro current treatment and it was like night and day, just like that it felt unbelievably better

thanks man. Im tryin to!! put on a lil bit of fat, but not much. not enough to worry me anyway.. or start a cut yet. lol. hell yeah. im a bench junkie. trying to get my squats up to them. squats are up to 385 right now. id like to be around 405-425 squats for summer. curls and military press are up too. depending on how i look at 220, i might do a cut. but i honestly want the weight haha.
