It feels awesome getting stronger, enhances your appearance and supports a healthy lifestyle. On a personal note, going through Testicular Cancer 5 years ago made me feel weak- I never want to feel weak again.
How I Stay Motivated:
Competition with myself, wanting to be stronger and better. Use others progress as motivation. I need to lift to stay in shape to pursue my mountain sports. Motivation comes easy to me.

Goal (Long):
Proof positive that you don't have to slow down when you reach your thirties and even with an active, athletic life- it's possible to be in even better shape than your twenties.

I will also be hauling dirt and rock around the yard in what's to be 90 degree weather over the next few days. Yea, my shoulder is about 95% (plenty good for training) and I have been destroying some past PR'S! My weight is up to 210 @ maybe 13% bf. Going to sit here for a couple of months then cut hard prolly. How's your training and outdoor adventuring going?
Now I did do 115lb weighted dips last week after pre-exhausting the tri's. It was for only 3 reps but it was the second to the 5th set of 6 sets total and right after doing 90lbs x 6 reps. I have to get caught up to you on the 90lb chins you dog!!! :)
