A few weeks ago I felt/heard a pop in my right shoulder doing a bench press.  Never had any issues with that before - still had full range of motion but had some aggravation in the joint.  Finally got my arthrogram results back on the shoulder and the good news is that it was not a SLAP tear...

Good luck on a speedy recovery. I saw your blog and know what you mean about injury effecting not just lifting but sports. (I just returned to skiing this spring in Park City, and it was a great feeling.) I hope all goes well for you.

No prob! My workouts have been really good lately! Hitting it hard! Really trying to change things up a bit. I've also started taking more protein lately. So we'll see how that goes. How is your shoulder doing?

My last stack consisted of a protein shake and sometimes some creatine mono. But that's about it. I've been on this for about a week and it's much better. I need to write a review on that cmi stuff. I didn't find a lot of info on this site. What stack are you on?

I went back to MMA training and i've been lifting and running in the morning. I don't feel signs of overtraining since I go to bed @ 8:30pm or 9pm and then wake up around 7. :) yay for sleeping. My goal is to still fight some day and beat someone with 1 Testical. I know it sounds kind of weird but after losing the left one, my self esteem did kill me but hell those damn rocky movies really motivate me, and seeing your progress does too. Thanks

Currently I'm on week 5 of this(www.tsnhosting.net/elvisc /workout.doc) I used it last summer with great results and then when I finished yay TC :(. But it's been 7 months since chemotherapy ended so i'm glad it hasn't come back :). Your dedication and results is what's showing me anything's possible. Thank you :)

Pretty well. I've been having some inner conflicts such as "okay I lost my left nut due to cancer and now I have to start all over again... is this even worth it?" type of conflicts....but then I look on this site and keep pushing myself (I do have a routine and my diet is much more strict than before. I eat around 2500 cals / day but i stay away from HFCS or any kind of processed sugar.) How about you??
