Hello everyone another one of my happy posts, LOL! Had another great day today did 35 minutes cardio targeted my legs and glutes really good!!!! I felt it and it felt good!!!! LOL

As for the ATRO-PHEX its awesome i love!!!! Anywho keep up the good work people keep it pumpin!!!

For starter until i advance! I mix up the sets they are done individually not all 4 sets for each one all at once.
