story time:
turned into a slob-ass after football with the help of my just-as-lazy gf. we did nothing but go out to eat, drink, watch movies, and f*ck constantly.
then i joined the af and ditched the girl. when i deployed the first time (jan 07) i decided to get my shit together and at least obtain a 6 pack.. weighed 215 @ the time and 15%Bf. started workin out and read everything i could about bodybuilding and getting rippd. weighed 179 @7.8%B when i left the desert. once the joe 6-pack status was achieved i decided that i absolutely loved everything about fitness and would like to build my future career around physical fitness. hopefully, you will work out in my gym sometime.
also: when i was in elementary school i excelled in kickball and dodgeball. i attribute that to my current fitness level :P
Why I Love It:
the weights and i.. we just get along so well, you know. we spend alot of time together doing different things. sometimes we get in fights.. we struggle in our relationship. so we'll have a make-up session and i get really sweaty, heated, and intense pumping action takes place. the next day im a little sore from gettin down and dirty ;) ..we even do a little experimenting from time to time to see what "feels" the best. if thats not love i duno what is
How I Stay Motivated:
right now..theres a pre-madonna out there gettin serious credit for being in shape. i was placed on this planet to make him look bad.
also id like to give a shout out to Battle_russell my workout buddy who gives me a spot so i dont kill myself.
BB Accomplishments:
-got my PTL(physical training leader) cert. so now i can punish sloppy people for being so seditive w/ their lives.
-after 22 years of life.. i finally got CPR and AED certified
gained size since last year
""kind of a big deal"" to me
-helped my w/o partner lose 32lbs

this ridiculous man just keeps getting bigger, and lets everyone know it by posting pictures. each month he gets bigger and it pisses me off.. therefore anger fuels my motivation to eat and lift more. he doesnt know that ill eventually get bigger than him tho so i feel kind of bad for him. on the real tho.. hes a down to earth man, not all big-headed about himself, and more dedicated than anyone ive seen. which is also why hes motivational. leaders without ego-trips is what america needs right?

BP. The amazing thing about brown rice is that you could have it at every meal and actually lose weight. You can have 10 bowls of rice, because it is so high in fiber and so difficult for your body to break down, it takes more calories for digestion...
no not done yet...wont be done until spring 11 and then I have grad school after that so Ill be in school for a while...as for training the semester just ended so now im doing some boxing and kettle bell training until I start teaching again. What about u? and btw ACE=not good go with ACSM if you want a good certification or NSCA if you can get that
