I am glad that you are excited about fitness and health. It truely is amazing to lose weight and build a better body. Don't expect it to happen overnight though. It can be frustrating waiting for your end result to happen. The best thing to do is to try to be better than you were the week before. That will help you tremendously. Wheather it is eating, excersising, or the way you feel.
I am glad that you got the foods you need to get better. You said you needed my help, but to your surprise, you picked out the foods you needed all on your own. I am proud and hope that your food temptations will fade away as you progress towards your goal. Its all a matter of how bad you want it!
You can buy the Body for Life book which explains the eating and the workout plan. On the Body for Life website (bodyforlife.com) it does give you a list of authorized foods that can give you an idea how to get started. Its a great program and its how i got started.
Both my wife and I received much-needed transformations and I lost over 50 lb’s and she had great results in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program, it is not super easy but not so hard that you can’t reach goals. I believe that if you push yourself to be the best that you can be the results will be well worth the effort.
