When I Started: Apr, 2007
How I Started: "...You have to let go of who you were to become who you will be..." Plus I like the look of healthy muscle on both men and women . So I dove into the gym and fell in love.
Why I Love It: I love knowing I can slowly change and create the body that I want. Its just you and your body and no body else has one just like you. The sky's the limit baby.
How I Stay Motivated: I love seeing the progress of myself as well as others. Also going to local shows is always motivating, I have so much repsect for each and every competitor because I know they share the same 'natural muscle gene' I do. Also, every new day I find new motivation somehow.
BB Accomplishments: I've just started dedicated myself to the training/lifestyle in April 07 so I've only accomplished a a few short term personal goals so far.
