How I Started:
Got a weight set in grade 8, hooked ever since. Got more serious in about grade 10 where I made a decent routine.
Why I Love It:
Makes you unique, different from anybody else being that you either look better and/or can lift more than others. Not everybody can do this because it takes disipline, dedication, and work ethic to succeed in this lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting positive feedback / from others noticing hard work, people asking how you do it.
BB Accomplishments:
Benching over 300, bulking to over 200 lbs, nothing competition wise, mainly personal endevours

I tell you, football players(in USA) are damn buff. We've got this guy at my High school that can bench 355, Clean 330, squat 500 and deadlift over 600. It's insane. But he weights like 250.
