Nice I lowered my carbs and am trying to make it a month without sugar I'm having wicked sugar cravings from all the crap I shoveled in my pie hole from the holiday. Just put put a cookie in my mouth not realizing and spit it out haha.

Your blog seems to be sincere once again.It does not in anyway come across as vain. If you need to follow those rules to maintain and improve at the same time, than that's terrific you can be so motivated. Like you said its your life your rules. You shouldn't be put down because others have a different set of rules. However you want to word it these goals are giving you the motivation to do work one day at a time!

Well said, we all know so many of those people. My favorite is when they ask can you get me in shape help me? Then you show and tell them what to do they go to the gym once. Then think you are so lucky you eat what you want. Argg.

I do some cardio HIIT a few days a week but mostly all diet. Thanks for the ad man.

Hey thanks champ. Diet is pretty clean alot of eggs with whites lean meats,tuna, some cheese, also alot of greens and low starch veggies like brocolli couiliflower. For carbs I eat whole grains bread pasta and fruits. I try to stay away from all processed sugars. I am no saint I do like to have some drinks on weekend and a moderate amount of cheat foods.
