When I Started:
Apr, 1997
How I Started:
I always was active growing up. I can remember being a kid in my basement lifting my parents old weights just trying to push those things over my head. There was somthing special even then about pushing myself. So in high school I really was introduced to wieght training with a few of my buddies. I have been addicted ever since. Also my mother was a big help she has been a excecise junkie my whole life so I am thankful that she instilled health in fitness into my life.
Why I Love It:
I love the thrill of pushing my self. I love being active competing against my self the feeling I get when I'm dead tired from exhausting my body in a gruling workout. I love that the body won't lie you get out of if what you put in to it. I love seeing my results after reaching a goal, and that there is never a end goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
By always trying to out perform myself and setting new goals. Reading magazines books. Lately body space has been a big help.
BB Accomplishments:
I don't compete but when I benched 355, and also ran 10 miles those were major mile stones in my life.

Oldsuperman inspires me through his hard work and determination. The fact that getting older doesn't mean getting unhealthy and out of shape. You are the answer for every lame excuse I have ever heard.
Amysuds inspires me with her accomplishments. She has grown tremendously in the fitness world. The fact of where she started and is now is amazing and with six children and grandchild she not only inspires them but finds the time to keep inspiring all of us.
I have been doing this for along time and have never gotten to where I am now. I have maintained most muscle with dropping BF by 2.5%. I got hooked up with poynter and went on extreme fat reduction workout and have drank gallons of scivation xtend. That chit is awesome. I saw some of my...
I eat ok in the offseason. Im not one to gain 25lbs and have to lose it all over again. I would rather be 5lbs from goal all year so I can jump into a show or a shoot anytime I need to.

So you're in a nuclear security team? Now I know what these things can do to someone lol You look huge, shredded and with good size! You don't even look 28 years old, man. Can you tell how is your diet like? And your workout? Basic Weider or something else? You rock, man!
Hey thanks for the encouragement; I am giving it everything I have got and pushing myself everyday. I absolutely love the program, and want to keep building muscle. I guess you have to be sore to make those muscles grow eh?
You are looking in great shape! :)
