RippedEnergizer im not following a specific diet, I just make sure that I get the right protein/ carb intake per day, it's a chore getting all the nutrition facts from everything I eat but I definately noticed gains Feb 3, 2013 8:22pm

doctordude Fish oil is cheaper than eating salmon daily. Fish oil seems to have a multitude of health benefits; in my case, it makes my skin look better and makes me more sensitive to insulin (higher insulin sensitivity tends to mean I'm more dense and have more stable blood sugar levels).
