I've always been active with sports and just continued exercising. However, it was more of maintenance exercise. Now, that I am a personal trainer, I want to challenge myself to get in optimal shape. Challenging myself helps me be a better trainer. Now that I am into it, I am getting hooked!
Why I Love It:
I love watching my progress and my body change each month. I love the challenge. It keeps me motivated. I love the way I feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a goal to compete this year. Looking at pictures of others keep me very motivated. I am not going to go up on stage looking like I don't belong! No matter how good I think I look right now, I look at the competition and know I NEED to keep going and working harder. I also started a blog that tracks my progress with before and after pictures. My clients check in on me, so I HAVE to do it!!! If I can stay motivated, it motivates them. And that is well worth it!!!
