Always, off and on been into weight lifting. Just never got serious into until after 2003.
Why I Love It:
I love to improve my body. And for my age, I look damn good. LOL, I believe you can stay young as you want as long as you are phyically fit.

Women, LOL! Hey if I can get them to turn their heads then I must be doing something right!
