How I Started:
I was a swimmer representing my state during high school...during that time,we were asked by our coach to train with weights inorder to build up our strength...Somehow,along the way,I started to develope some muscles...lean muscles...that's when I realised that bodybuilding is truly my kind of sports!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding competitions...I've heard of dancers love to express themselves on stage...that's how felt exactly,everytime when I compete...I love to show offs!lol
How I Stay Motivated:
The one greatest thing that keeps me moving...is challenging myself!If,I can break every barriers & obstacles set before me...I know I'm doing something right in my bodybuilding objectives...
BB Accomplishments:
Mr.Malaysia 2001...was my greatest acheivement...I love the way I look & feel...shreded!!!

During Mr.Sarawak 2005 competition,
was bloated...too much fluid retains!
This time 'round-cut back on fluid intake 3 days prior Mr.Malaysia 2007...
felt tighter and leaner!
I'm looking for proffesional help to bring me to the next level of competition...
Goal (Long):
I'm currently weighing 83kg...with 10% bodyfat level...
Recently,came in fourth as a qualifier in Mr.Malaysia 2007...
My target is to be Mr.Malaysia/Mr.Asia in Heavy Weight Category...in the next 5 years!!!
Before I can acheive all that...I need someone with huge bodybuilding experiences,to be my coach,so that I will be fully equip to face the challenges that set before me in the future!!!
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
You don't have to exhaust yourself while doing cardio on STATIONARY BIKE(my favorite)...just maintain an easy cycle over 30-45 mins every session...

Ada lagi satu cara gain weight. Ever heard of cencalu? Wahlau....my friend. It's one of the best for gaining weight. I call it cencalu power. One of the best appetiser ever. It sure make you eat a plates and plates of rice. Try it....hmmmmm....yummy.
