iT'S BEEN AWHILE SINCE MY LAST BLOG. I HAVE BEEN BUSY HELP WITH SPRING CLEANING AND WE ARE GETTING MORE TIME IN AT WORK. YESTERDAY MY SON AND I JOGGED FOR 3 MILES. TODAY MY PLANS ARE TO WORKOUT BACK ,TRI'S AND FINISH WITH ABS. I SEEN THIS NEW ABS WORKOUT CALLED THE RUSSIAN TWIST, GOING TO ADD...
This is my workout till march 23rd. I do this every other day. Do one warm up set of 5 rep with about 75%.
1 set only of 10 reps.
squat
leg ext
leg curls
dumbell pullovers
barbell shoulder press
bentover rows
benchpress
barbell curls
french press
deadlift
dips.
