Though I've lost a little weight while coming up here to college, I haven't been working out or anything so this summer is made for a transformation of body, mind, and spirit.

I want to lose 70-80 lbs by the end of Spring '10 semester.
Goal (Long):
i want to reach a healthy weight, which for me would be around 200 lbs. From there I want to be able to run and bike faster and longer, I want to be able to hike faster and longer. Right now it would seem that I am limited in my current form, so I want to basically take away my weight and start rebuilding from scratch.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 70 lb
