This was taken last summer, as close to a before picture as I could come by, i was at a point of sedentary life and unhealthiness.

I would like to weigh in around 200 pounds anywhere near that would be awesome, i also would like to have 10-15% body fat. To get in better shape, or at least be able to go up a flight of stairs without bein short of breath. I need to have better cardio and muscular health, my family has a history of diabetes and that scares me a bit so i hope to avoid the family curse.
