What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Too much weight coupled with poor form.

"Deadlifts" or "good mornings"...both great ways to hurt you lower back if your form is just a little off.

Nice to you you doing so well....My back has been quite good lately and eye is healing quite well week by week. Back at work after some 2 months off and nice to get regular paycheque again.. Back has held up better than expected through all this plus a move to a new place. Andre
