| I workout 5-6 days a week first of all. I take Thurs. and Sun. off. Mon. Bi's and Tri's Tues. Back Wed. Chest Thurs. Off Fri. Legs Sat. Shoulders Sun. Off I do 5 set for any given exercise. The reps are 6,6,8,8,10. I do at least 4 execises per body part. No more than 30 seconds in between sets to build my endurance. |
