What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Weight gain program. I try to comsume at least 3000 calories daily. 3 to 4 meals. This includes whey protein and a weight gainer and suppliments.

Use a workout partner and try to lift durning the when you have the most energy. Buy an Ipod too.
