How I Started:
i was always into sports. when i was about 13 it seemed like i would get injury after injury. in very little time i was 40 pounds over weight. it was my sophmore year in highschool when i started working out. i would do sit-ups/ push-ups etc. in my room to just try to loose some weight. it wasnt until that summer when i decided that i wanted to transform my body and i got my first gym membership as a birthday preseant from my parents. ive been addicted ever since.
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling of being fit. i love the looks i get now from girls and the knowledge that i dont have to ashamed to take off my shirt at the pool.
How I Stay Motivated:
surfing magazine has always motivated me for some reason to add mor weight to the bar or run that extra mile and swim those extra yards. now that im finally in, the air force helps me stay motivated.... with a whip, lol
BB Accomplishments:
so far ive added 15 pounds of muscle and went from a 20% body fat to about 9 after graduating airforce basic training and tech school

ive never had a damn six pack and all i remember from middle school were all my skinny friends rubbing theirs in my face. well now they're all fat from drinkin so nows my chance to return the favor. besides, who doesnt want to get in great shape and have a chiseled stomach
