I actually got started back in middle school all through my junior year of high school when I stopped due to a miss diagnosed heart condition. I had ballooned up to 230lbs from 135 in high school. Can we say fat boy!! My wife and I started back in 2004 to loss weight and eat healthy. I eventually got down to 150lbs and 7% body fat. Which everyone was telling me that I looked like I had cancer because I was too thin. Now I want to gain some mass i want to weigh between 180 to 190.

This was taken after I decided to lose weight. I had been on my diet for less than 3 months. Weight was 215lbs
Me in diet phase. trying not to lose muscle. Still trying to lower bf.
I want to transform my body into a beast man.I want the weights to be scared when I come in. I want to Gain muscle and size and have my wife be proud that I too can change my body.
Goal (Long):
I want to get down to 8% body fat and weigh 180-185. While keeping body fat in check! I want to look my best when my wife goes to her first fitness comp. in may of 2008. So I really want to gain some size and then I want be very cut. So I really need to watch out on my bad meals. Just have a bad meal not a bad weekend:) It's very hard for me to gain size because I used to be very over weight. So I always feel like I'm going to blow up to be a fat butt again. So here for the next few months I'm going to try and gain more size then cut down. This goal started Oct. 5th! Wish me luck.
Oh! That's cool! I bet you have her doing some fitness stuff or is it the other way around! HAHA I'm still working on my hubby to be more healthy and stuff:)
here is a new pic just took it today.i had to cut the sleeve because it was cutting off the blodd to my arm.i will put up more later.don"t know if you want to look though.oh yeah i started a mini diet today before the real deal kinda got pissed yesterday when tried to fit in 34's and couldn't.lol
