The month preceeding the contest was super busy on a professional/business level, and my training and dieting definitely took the backseat to other opportunities... however, I decided to still compete to work on my stage presence to prepare better for the USA's in Vegas on July 25th. I was actually REALLY happy about staying still on stage, holding the poses, smiling big, and not being nervous ;D I did notice that I need to tuck my ribcage in better on the next show... I kinda have a big ribcage - goes along with my long torso, broad shoulders, and long neck (haha, as a kid pointed out to me not long ago)... So, definitely gotta work on that. I'm sure it looks wierd from the audience... |
