How I Started:
I've always loved lifting weights since I was a teenager, and wanted to be like my big brother Chris. He was a competitive bodybuilder who did local shows. I was always a chubby kid with a thick build- and when my bro took me under his wing- I started to see changes. I felt incredible and wanted to do nothing but get in the gym everyday!
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because of the cool confidence it brings. "It ain't trickin' if you got it" I love being able to go lift harder, and heavier than any other woman- sometimes the men I see. It is the ultimate badge of honor when you are SCULPTING A BODY OF A MIGHTY HERCULEAN! I love weight lifting because I feel so powerful as a woman. It always came naturally to me to go hard and heavy. It is now the summer of 2009, and I am leaning out. I am 5'7 175 lbs. I will be hotter than Hell, if I get down to 160 lbs before August.
How I Stay Motivated:
Men. Getting looks from men at the store. I know they are thinking: "How did this chick get so Jacked??" "How did this mere stay-at-home Mom of a little one year old look so freakin' HOT?" LOL that feeling feels better than anything in the world. That feeling is worth forsaking all carbs, all food- FOREVER!
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 85 lbs in 4 months after having my baby daughter. I am not continuing on my journey through lifting heavier and harder than ever before. I squatted 185 for 3 sets of 8 reps with no belt the other day. That's INSANE! I have to add with beautiful form... I made the weight look like yummy cupcakes your favorite Girlfriend makes!!
I also pulled a 200 lb sled with some hot Marines one day at Quantico, VA. I looked pretty awesome!!

It is time to update this. Listen up out there. I have come to find out that my husband is a jerk, and a woman's value in society is based soley on her body and looks. So here, I work my ass off to look good for all men out there because, if you are not attractive and have a nice body, you are worthless as a woman- period. That is the way life is, and it is a Man's World Baby. I am just trying to do my Best. I am 5'7 175 lbs, and I got 15 lbs to lose to be MAXIUM HOTNESS- or I'll die trying....

Well to be honest you have a good looking belly wouldn't mine a kiss on it LOL. Good form of the glutes your looking good in this pic your glute sticks out so that good tone on it. Really all you need some toneing on your body and your gopod to go and just remember eat clean it'll do the body good. P.S. like this pic.
Hello girl how are things i hope all is great and that your lifting is getting better mine was good today. Well today had a little problem funny i would say ask me got hit by a car while i went out for a run it was funny though. It was so funny i had to laugh onj top of the pain i'll tell you more about it so take care sweet cheeks.
Oh one ore thing keep your carbs at a minimal rate, to much carbs adds up to weight gain so if you do carbs keep it limited and start eating that protein to build up your muscles and eat clean. I tell you if i were your husband you'll be banging what i mean you'll be looking great LOL.
Need some work on your triceps for starters 2sets 7 reps i would go for now. Nice thighs do some lundges work those hammies 2 sets 7 reps or to failure just for starting that's all fo now if i were your husband i'll break you in right, but i won't over train you. I'll let you go at a pace that will better suite you right. hope to hear from you.
