Constant Training

I started going to Crossfit after I injured my ankle. I need to stay active and ready for races as they come. Watching my food intake and doing the WOD from Crossfit are going to help me be in better physical condition so that I can run once I am fully recovered. I don't plan on quiting crossfit. It has been great!
