How I Started:
I started b/c I was tired of people saying "..but you're so skinny". So I set out to gain 30 lbs. I started at 163 lbs and have been as high as 224 when bulking in the winter.

1-Improved bench from 95 lbs (I know...LOL)for reps to 245/250 for reps.
2-Leg pressed 980 lbs on a sled (6x).
