Lose the spare tire. Maintain 220-225 lbs. Continue to make steady gains in all my lifts. Buy new shirts because the sleeves are too tight on my bulging biceps! I want to bench 300 lbs by August before I go to the Sheriff academy.
Goal (Long):
Improve and maintain my overall health and fitness level. I believe this is achievable by continuing with a vegetarian diet, and going to the gym on a regular basis.
A Prisoner Squat is basically a body weight exercise. Here's a brief description of how to do it (courtesy of Men's Health)
Prisoner Squat
1. Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and lace your fingers behind your head.
2. Keeping your elbows back, bend at the hips and knees to lower your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Press back up to the starting position and repeat.
