Well I mean all those things you learned in the military and stuff to be mentally strong about it. You body can take so much more the your brain thinks. When your abs start burning then thats just the start, you gotta do an extra 25 after it burns and when your done it should be like your abs are on fire. Thats the best way to get results.

Im not trying to say your wrong. But most likely those stats on that muscle tech stuff is complete bullshit. They cant exactly measure 1.5 inch and .5 to your body in muscle. If anything its a weight gainer. I just lift and as hard as I can and hope to be sore.

Its going pretty good im sorta slacking off. Due to soccer and the gym closing at 4:30. And I dont like working out at home cause. I Dunno its not the rigth place haha.

Nah man I drink a shit load of water, milk, and Vitaman C(Bad in sugars). I work out 5 days a week sometimes 6. I play soccer everyday so I mean cardio is going to **** up my weight gains. But my leg workouts with that will get it all back for me.

Actually man. You can take pictures, Check out mine.. I started out with nothing and just check the little improvements. Just take pictures every 2 weeks of whatever msucles you worked out. Remember weere in a damn competetion now brotha =D Good luck too. Any questions I can help ya.

So I see that you were 133 when yo started.. well I was 135. Im currently 138 (check the stat thing on me) That will tell ya it all.
Should I get ANIMAL PAK? I mean I dont eat alot of veggies, Only BIGGG Salads so I Dunno if thta would make a difference in my vitamins intake or not.

i have soccer practice after school then I get home and I work out with what that guy gave me. I eat a Peanut butter and whey sandhwich.. how many should I eat a day of those?
Like today at lunch i actually ate teh lunch and fealt good =P didnt feel pigged out. I was just focused on health.

im 135 atm.. Last time i checked I was atleast.. So like, what snack foods can I eat? Like.. Gotta help meh out here =) Im also talking to a PErsonal Trainer hes really helping me out alot. Gave me a 4 day split routine.
