What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
bench press b/c you need a spotter.
the most common however are squat and deadlift. With improper form you can seriously mess up your back.

don't do

SIMPLE as 1,2,3 (I break it down to bullet form)

sleep (8hrs - muscles grow awhile you are sleeping, not in the gym)
eat

bulk - eat lean foods as much as you want!!!
loss weight (the only way to get sixpack abs)
