I have found that there is nothing, nothing, like training for a triathlon. I am competing in two this summer and training is kicking my butt. Legs! Holy cow, my legs. Swimming (legs), biking (legs), running (forearms...jk...legs); weight training (you guessed it, legs)! I ran a 5k today. ...
