a few months before i joined the gym, I drank hardcore almost every weekend and this was off lacrosse season, so i barely worked out at all. 130 lbs

154 lbs! this was actually one of my modeling test shots. Im kind been slacking on my routine. I am having a hard time balancing school,diet, working out, work, getting into modeling, and becoming a personal trainer.

my progress after being at the gym for 2 months...this was when i started drinking less eating a little bit healthier, and going to the gym more

just recently... i do NOT drink at all, i eat mostly healthy food cheating maybe once every 2 weeks. i also found out i was not eating enough and i was over training since my last pic...which is why i look so much bigger now
