I pulled a ligament on my knee along time ago. I was doing squats and my knee kinda popped and since then, i am really freaked about doing squats. I recovered by not doing it again for along time......more

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
being Careful and not having a spotter. lol Also, you have to know your body and know what to push and what not to. If you feel you can lift it, then go ahead. If not then, dont do it... listen to ...more
