Overall Goal: Goal is to get back to where I was and improve my health. Not to mention my daughter is back in school and those little hormonal boys are at again!

Getting motivated after about two months of not really eating or caring for the gym life... I never thought i would feel that way..

I guess my long term goal is to become more healthier and stronger.. I want to continue to impress my kids, besides being a great father and a threat to the little teenager boys!

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I pulled a ligament on my knee along time ago. I was doing squats and my knee kinda popped and since then, i am really freaked about doing squats. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
being Careful and not having a spotter. lol Also, you have to know your body and know what to push and what not to. If you feel you can lift it, then go ahead. What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Okay, time to vent... so, I call the gym on base to see if they are open and guess what!? nope! Those wackos arent open for certain reasons! Shyt! I know there are other gyms on this base but if i go at lunch..Im not gonna wanna come back to work. So, luckily I didnt take my Superpump yet!...
Thank you for your kind motivational words...been out of my regular gym routine for a while and wanting my strength back quickly... like today! Grow those muscles to scare those boys away from your daughter.
We went to the ocean over the weekend... Our rottweiller twisted his knee running from a wave, and I had to carry him back... We're lookin' at 3 months of rehab...
No doubt, aiming high and getting pretty close! I'm going for Transformation of the Week on here very soon, so I can't lose focus!
