I pulled a ligament on my knee along time ago. I was doing squats and my knee kinda popped and since then, i am really freaked about doing squats. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
being Careful and not having a spotter. lol Also, you have to know your body and know what to push and what not to. If you feel you can lift it, then go ahead. What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Went to bed early last night after working shoulders... it was pretty good! i feel i have my stregnth back... i am back to weighing 230 lbs. its funny how i felt little at 225 lbs. an weaker..lol I know it was a mental thing.. but what can i say.. i am mental.. lol so, anyways, i got up...
