My sister competes and I have traveled to her shows assisting her. Since we work out together I decided to also compete with her.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel. I feel accomplished when I set goals for myself and achieve those goals. Working out is my zone, my place of zen. I can focus and realease any stress that I am going through.

How I Stay Motivated:
I keep a positive cirlce of family and friends to help motivate and keep me in check with my goals. I also look at my competition pictures and the trophies that I have wond. This motivates me to continue on the path and to compete nationally in 2009.
BB Accomplishments:
4th place Max Muscle 2007 Open Figure Class D and 2nd place Nevada State Figure 2008 Open Class D.
Our real problem, then, is not our strength today; it is rather the vital necessity of action today to ensure our strength tomorrow.
Goal (Long):
I would like to add more fullness to my legs and glutes. When I lean down before competition time, my legs and glutes shrink and I would like to add more muscle so when I lean down the muscle is defined and more noticeable. I have added more lean protein in my diet, BCAA supplements and creatine.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
15%

That's great you compete with your sister!! Me and my sister were going to do a show this year together...But deiced it was best i went back to bulking;)
