I'm taking some time off from the lipolyze and Somalyze.. i think they are great products.. I took them for 19 wks straight i will get back on them on January 30th for my next 16 wks prep.

Thanks.. I couldn't of done without my coach.. I owe to him, he kept me in line.. lol.. Same here, its getting busier at work and I have an interview next week - im changing careers again haha..

Thank you for the kind words.. It has been a long journey for me but I actually did it. Anyone can lose weight and reach their goal but not alot of people can say they have done a competition ready body and that what makes us unique. I have reached my ultimate goal but it will never end I still have improvements and will go from there. I think I now have the competition itch and can't wait for the next one :-) - Nancy

Yeah saw that on your status lol I didn't even had a donut yet.. But ate alot of cookies, but mostly Banana's with Natural peanut butter (my weakness)

i'm 5'9" - at 129lbs I was freezing (no bodyfat too me warm) lol

my goal now is to pack on some quality weight i guess i should've been a little leaner I was 129lbs the day of the show but I can't see myself being leaner than 125-126lbs at my height

lol.. You know its not the first time someone told me that.. Maybe because the winters are so brutal we've got nothing else to do than train. Well the girls in my class up were pretty jacked.. This is why I want to take a full 7 1/2 months solid training before my next cutting diet..

Actually i live in Canada and we already celebrated our thanksgiving back in October (which i canceled due to contest dieting) lol - No biggie there is xmas :P

LOL.. The off season hasn't been very clean this past week.. But its back on track tomorrow that's for sure.. I've already gained 11 lbs since the show (9 days ago) lol.. Which i'm ok will have to keep it within 15lbs from contest weight.

THank you DaniAnne :) It was so much fun I can't wait to do this again.. I'm looking forward to the next 5 to 6 months to add more muscles and do it all over again :) The day of the show makes you forget all the pain and suffering of the diet and Cardio.

Thank you :)) I had so much fun.. I want to do this again.. I ate a banana and drank plenty of water at first.. I felt so dry lol.. but not long after i had a peanut butter cookie, went out for pizza and had a cake made for me :-) I have been eating things here and there since Saturday, and i feel i'm ready to hit the gym and get back on a diet again. Plan is to do top 3 for October 2nd, 2010
