Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
To eat clean, trim and build, and assist others to do the same.
Goal (Long):
I have attained my goal weight, but a number is not everything. I want to finish my transformation I started many years ago. I have been building muscle some places, other still need work. Being so overweight means a lot of areas that need tightening. This is the third time in my life I have lost a large amount of weight, and it is the last. I need to keep eating clean, as I think that 75% of your health and being in shape is what you eat. I also want to continue to help and motivate others who have the same goals and are willing to work towards them.
