Dr.Dave1 Good plan opn the nutrition and workout plan. I have not seen any studies that creatine will harm your liver or kidneys if you are healthy. @ your age you probably don't need it; it just provides an added edge. Check for yourself @ www.pubmed.com for research articles on creatine and I bet you will find the same :-D Also be aware that some creatine supps contain ingredients that are intended for 18 and over so if you go with creatine be sure to read the warnings/ use instructions.
