Working out was just a hobbie of mine after Football was over.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling of that perfect pump. Plus for some odd reason the loud clatter and banging in the Gym is the most peaceful place on earth to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I tell myself how much better I could be looking.
BB Accomplishments:
385 Bench max. It ain't much but it Was awesome to totally destroy my boys hopes of staying stronger than me.

I'm trying to cut up.
Goal (Long):
My Main goal for now is to keep the overall size I currently have, But totally cut up. I believe I can lose about 10 Lbs. of body fat. So I would like to lose all 10, be able to see my 6 pack and have more shape in my pecks. I also want to tighten up my Glutes and Quads more.

Impressive progress already. Leaner waist giving you much better lats. Also chest is looking more powerful and arms look great. Even forearms now more vascular. Andre
