just wanted to build muscle and start eating and living a more healthy life. i started at 130lbs and now 160lbs since 2006. this year of 2008 trying to come back home at least 170-180lbs solidly ripped in 2009.
Why I Love It:
Its Just an awesome hobby. and seeing good results is soo rewarding and i love learning new things everyday in the bodybuilding and nutrition world.
How I Stay Motivated:
when i get good compliments and helping people that want my help on acheiving their bodybuilding/weight loss goals.
BB Accomplishments:
Place in a Competition and land a spot in a magazine.

yeah man, thats actually really good advice, thanks.. but like i want to gain muscle..and loose body fat at the same time.. Wont cardio make me loose weight, then make me lighter.. or not necessarily..?
A&F i admit was a crappy job...i worked for a whole year $6.50 an hour...i was struggglin. but my managers were dope as hell and i got some $free.99 shirts...oooh! i miss the smell of abercrombie.
