I used to play 3 sports and compete semi-nationally in martial arts. I was number 1 in New ENgland back in 2002. That all stopped that year (college). I have tried to keep with fitness, lifted on and off for years, but never kept with it. Now it's time i get my ass back to 8% body fat again!
Why I Love It:
I feel more awake during the day, have more energy, and it makes me feel good about myself. It helps me stay focused.

Looking to be under 8% bodyfat, and weigh at least 180!
Goal (Long):
Currently I am weighing in at around 185 lbs, which is fine with me, but the composition of that 185 is not. I'm looking to get back my abs, cut up my chest and back again, and have a set of shoulders on me once again.

So i have been putting some work into myself for a while....working towards a goal and i'm SEEING results which is awesome, and i feel stronger and am lifting heavier.... but my body measurements don't appear to be improving. my waist is still the same size which sucks, and i'm losing size...
I know I look like some Shaolin monk but I'm actually not......what a shock hey? I was in fact holding the position for about 30 seconds therefore it's not really a kick is it? I've never done martial arts in my life - so there you have it.
