I used to play 3 sports and compete semi-nationally in martial arts. I was number 1 in New ENgland back in 2002. That all stopped that year (college). I have tried to keep with fitness, lifted on and off for years, but never kept with it. Now it's time i get my ass back to 8% body fat again!
Why I Love It:
I feel more awake during the day, have more energy, and it makes me feel good about myself. It helps me stay focused.

Looking to be under 8% bodyfat, and weigh at least 200
Goal (Long):
I want to be ripped at 200 lbs and 8% bodyfat.
My short term goals are set, my long term goals are set.
First goal is to be able to 3 sets of 10 in wide grip chin ups, unassisted.
2nd goal is to be ripped with an 8pack abs, and ripped obliques.
3rd goal is to be 200lbs at 8% bodyfat.
Here we GO
So i have been putting some work into myself for a while....working towards a goal and i'm SEEING results which is awesome, and i feel stronger and am lifting heavier.... but my body measurements don't appear to be improving. my waist is still the same size which sucks, and i'm losing size...
