How I Started:
I joined the military and no more sports for me such as football Track etc. BodyBuilding was the drug of choice to stay in shape an athletic.
Why I Love It:
Takes care of stress. Keeps me busy and most importantly keeps me wanting more.
How I Stay Motivated:
Always wanting to be bigger abd bigger. Its like a disease. A good one of course!
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 400Lbs weighing only 195.Not too big but I was happy.
