i meant as far as coming off a contest diet, do you eat the same and just increase portions to avoid rebound?
not sure if i'm gonna do any shows this year, i injured my shoulder and rhomboid getting ready for my last one and i'm trying to get back in the groove of things now plus i gained a good amount of weight from no activity and not measuring my food.
i train at golds in mountain view and 24 hour off lawrence expswy occasionally, we may run into each other some time.

btw, hows training going? have you ever suffered post contest depression? i injured my rotator cuff from pressing too much and kind of fell off the boat.

yeah fell off the boat cuz of personal **** but im back on now. I had to kick the caffeine habit too, it was lowering my immune system and i kept getting ill but im all good now.
How do you limit your bodyfat gain when bulking? do you meat whatever you like or do you still track it?
