How I Started:
i started lifting when i was on the football team for my high school freshman year, but i ended up liking lifting weights alot. and evenutally found myself having more fun lifting then practicing for football.
Why I Love It:
i love working out because its an escape for the world around you. any problems your having you go and work out and you forget and your problems. also it gets you looking good and feeling great about yourself. plus you can do it virtually anywhere.
How I Stay Motivated:
i saw the change in how i looked and felt and wanted to keep it up.
BB Accomplishments:
i dont really have a major accomplishment, the only thing i can think of is i was a very fat kid around 5th-6th grade and i have totally changed myself around to where people that knew me bac then dont recognize me now.

hey man before bed i usually have a shake with either flax or peanut butter...the fat delays the release of the protein so it minimizes the time you are catabolic...hope that helps
Best thing I've found is to take a shake one hour prior to lifting and then taking one within an hour after lifting. It's been fairly well documented that consuming protein before and after workouts is best. Of course, if you're taking NO, you want to take it on an empty stomach so maybe 2-3 hours prior to lifting works better for you. Depends on your supplement schedule. Hope this helps.

I actually haven't started using it yet due to training requirement's I've had with the Army. I go back to Fort Carson this weekend though. I used to take BSN Sythna-6 and I loved it! A lot of folks spoke good about ON Whey though. I'll let you know in about a week.
