I have been doing ok, fighting back issues stops me form doing the high intensity stuff I always did all my life but I'm still down about 18 lbs since Feb. which is better than nothing, I stil have another 15-20 to go.

Hey Nick, any advice on good snacking foods throughout the day that actually taste good? Also ideas for smaller meals throughout the day.
